parkway 2: riverview

Got lucky on this one--since it hasn't rained in a while, the Potomac River isn't it's often-photographed muddy brown.

Taken just off GW Parkway near Lady Bird Johnson Park. The arched bridge is Memorial Bridge, which spans the Potomac between Arlington National Cemetery and DC. The cluster of skyscrapers is Arlington's Rosslyn neighborhood, a business/residential neighborhood with galleries and museums (and Deep Throat's Watergate parking garage--but more on that later). Rosslyn is just across the Potomac from Georgetown.
